Marc
Lee, CFRE, President, has been involved in fundrasing for over 20
years, as a Development Director, Campaign Director, CEO and consultant.
He specializes in Internet Communications – in
the opportunities and challenges of marketing and fundraising online.
Marc not only consults on fundraising, website design, and email
and Internet marketing strategies, he is a practitioner. His extensive
hands-on experience includes work on over 65 websites: creating database
driven web sites, designing and executing email campaigns, optimizing
for search engines and setting up ecommerce and online donation applications.
His development experience of over 20 years includes working as Director
of Development and Capital Campaign Director for several nonprofit
organizations where he designed and conducted successful annual,
capital, and special campaigns ranging up to $13 million.
Marc is author and founder of CampaignReadiness.com
a division of
Affinity Resources and is a highly regarded conference
speaker. Marc has been an ordained minister in the Episcopal
Church since 1979, resident in the Diocese of Kansas since 1993.
He
is an active member of the Association
of Fundraising Professionals and the Greater
Kansas City Council on Philanthropy. He is a past executive
board member of the Association
of Philanthropic Counsel.
Aurora Austin Lee, B.A., Associate Counsel
Aurora has worked in supporting Non-profit Organizations for the
last 6 years as a Program Coordinator, Advancement Officer
and Free-lance support for various organizations ranging from the
Social Services and Education and Campaign Aid.
She has attended and spoken at multiple workshops, seminars and
conferences geared towards the efficiency and effectiveness of community
support organizations, most notably the Points of Light Conference.
Aurora joins Affinity Resources as a fresh voice and an enthusiastic
coordinator for Affinity Seminars.
Elisabeth
Lee, Ph.D., Associate Counsel, has over 20 years experience
as an educator at the secondary and college levels. Much of that
time
she has
spent
working with independent schools.
Elisabeth specializes in human resources, curriculum development,
faculty management, and board development for independent schools.
